Another day of GREATNESS at the Back to School Extravaganza with CSC Broward

Today we closed out this great event with EXTREME ENERGY! Teaching not only the families but all participants that were a helpful resource to giving back to the community, making a difference and impacting lives. Sometimes as advocates we tend to help others and forget about our own health. Today we had the opportunity to use one of CSC's employees to be an example and encourage the others that you don't have to FEAR fitness but JUST DO IT! Always remember positive thinking equals positive outcomes. As community we are CHANGE!
