HOME WORKOUT: WARM-UP
Put on some good music and sweat away. Turn your A/C off or workout outdoors. Sweating will help shred those pounds and burn those calories. It is therapeutic. Stretch more if you need. Go at your own pace. Drink plenty of water. Breathe in through your nose and out through out mouth. Your body always needs oxygen and those muscles will be using that oxygen. Let's get it! #NOEXCUSES
